The average shelf life of tea and coffee is 12 months. The tea or coffee should be kept in airtight containers away from any food smells, moisture and heat. It should be stored in a cool and dry place.
If you don’t store it properly it begins to fade in flavor over time.
4. Prices of Product
All prices listed on our website are subject to change, but the changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
5. Shipping Policy
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the fastest time span, we at Aloha by Niru (www.alohabyniru.com) work with reputed e-commerce shipping partners.
Aloha by Niru (www.alohabyniru.com) for all other orders up to Rs. 400/-, charge Rs. 40 as a flat delivery charge. All taxes are included in the listed prices.
Order will be shipped within 48 hours from the date of order confirmation and shall be delivered within 4-7 working days (depending on the location) from the date of shipping.
We try to ensure seamless, perfect deliveries to your home. Our courier partners try their best to get your order as soon as possible.
However, there are times when parcels are damaged on their way to you. In case you receive a damaged parcel, please take images of both the outer carton, the labels, and the product damaged inside, and email us at hialohabyniru@gmail.com.
6. Order Tracking:
The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email when the order is shipped.
Aloha by Niru is not liable for any courier delay.

All payments are to be made by either credit cards or debit cards or Netbanking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All online transactions made with us are completely secure and safe. All credit and debit card payments are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway managed by leading banks. We do not capture or store any card information on our servers.
