CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
Returns (if applicable):
If you are unsatisfied with any of our product purchases you have made from our website, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product on firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or refund of the purchase price back to your account.
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
– On the off chance that you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 48 hours of receipt of order by you so that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)
– If the product is damaged then you can email us directly regarding the same within 48 hours of receipt of order by you. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for return.)
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected in the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days & for Cash On Delivery orders, our team will ask for customer bank details and the amount will be directly funded to their account.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly send us an email at email@example.com and return the item to: Aloha by Niru, 402, Laxmi Icon, Sector 44A, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai – 400706 and we will send you a replacement or refund at the earliest.
In case of unavailability of product, you are eligible for a refund. After the order is placed and the product is unavailable, we will notify you about it. You have the choice of either replacing the product or availing refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for ensuring the safe delivery of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If we receive no communication from you within 48 hours of receipt of the order regarding any problems with the products, you are deemed to have received the products in good condition and with no problems.
Delayed Delivery Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered within 4-7 working days from the date of shipping, provided there are no unexpected delays. If the order does not reach you within 10 days (post dispatch), we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the same. Please understand that as we have limited control over the package once it is shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline.
Note: This does not apply to failed/ delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end (for example: incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).
Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
